  1. It happend to you guys too though. O's.
  2. The yankees will be be swept probably.
  3. It's very generous, but it doesn't change my opinion on him.
  4. Who cares if it's real or not? It shouldn't be a big deal. You're getting paid millions of dollars, I think you can pitch with a little discomfort around your ankle and not make a huge deal about it. Look at hockey players, football players play with broken bones.
  5. I've been boston probably 300 or 400 times and rarely do I not have a good time.
  6. Good things huh? You must have been listening to the wrong people. You should have heard GREAT things.
  7. If that was a new banning policy, a lot of sox fans would be banned too.
  8. Well, when you combine his offense and defense, he's the best catcher in baseball.
  9. Welcome fellow yankee fan.
  10. All around, yes, but just catching I don't think so. He can't throw runners out as well as a guy like molina or even not-so-pudge.
  11. Wrong forum. Belongs in the crap forum.
  12. yeah, but so far, none I've seen so far are trolls. They're Not here to say "red sox suck" in every post. You can't ban a bunch just because they're yankee fans.
  13. His splitter was the best I've seen since his return, but he still hung some. His fastball did get in the 90's fairly consistently, but I don't he'll ever be what he once was.
  14. No, I didn't say you didn't watch the game. I'm just saying in general.
  15. His talent for calling pitches? Do you pitch to him every 5th day? How do you know if he call's a good game or not?
  16. Thats a different story for another time. This is about his bad pitch calling, which I don't agree with. Only the pitcher knows if he's calling a good game or not.
  17. Yes, if you didn't watch the game and just looked at the boxscore, you should probably be encouraged. If you watched it and saw he really should have given up more runs, well I wouldn't say he pitched that much better.
  18. A ton? He pitched a little better. If it weren't for some nice plays by the sox and some baserunning blunders by the chisox, he gives up more runs.
  19. If I was a sox fan, I would not be encouraged by this start either.
  20. Would you rather have jorge posada? Varitek's a very good catcher, might not be that manly, but he's a very good catcher.
  21. Some things don't change.
  22. Not when you're wearing a yankee hat. haha
