    Is he going to get called up when rosters expand? Giving him some of Mirabellis starts and seeing how he catches Wakes knuckle and seeing his offense can help us see if we can save ourselves from having to sign Belli next season.

    I know people always say "Red Sox fans are never happy" and I didn't get that before. We're panicking about a 4 game lead when we got the best record in baseball and the best division lead in baseball. It's gonna be down to the wire, but its time to pull the rake out of the ass and start thinking positive.

    Are the Yanks gonna pick up his option next year? I haven't been following his stats, but its a $16 million option. If I were Theo I would be all over him if we could unload Drew. It would probably mean the end of Lowell. Or the Sox could pick him up, move Youk to third, Move Papi to first and Manny or Abreu to the DH role. Moving Papi to play every day would be a hard ordeal to put up with.

    I think if some team could sign him to a minor league contract and bring him up when rosters expand, he could be decent on a contending team. Yanks could pick him up for the pen.

    George is a great man. Everyone loves to hate him in terms of the rivalry, but everyone respects him. I respect him for donating to the Jimmy Fund every year. He's a good guy.
