Apparently Bush can't hit the hole hard between the tackles, nor carry the majority of the load. I don't blame the Saints for taking him at #2 (because from what we knew and saw about him, he should have gone #1), but apparently the Texans were more right than wrong when all was said and done to take Williams instead.

Speaking of that snow storm, I left school at 2 and didn't get home until 10. Eventually I just got out of my car and stretched and walked around because I didn't move for 2 hours at one point. Oh, and I did a dance in the middle of the road to entertain people. It was actually kind of fun.

Another victory for the B's tonight. Alex Auld in net has looked pretty good in his first 3 games. The Bruins got pretty sloppy in the 2nd period, but thanks to their strong starts in the 1st period throughout the year, they were able to stay close enough to eventually pull out the win. The big thing is that unlike the games last year, they don't break down or lose their composure when teams start gaining momentum and come back. I've seen games where they look like absolute s***, but those haven't been nearly as common as the more impressive games. There's a reason that they have the second most points in the Eastern Conference right now. If they had Bergeron back they'd be in really good shape.

lol, if Tejada is on it, then the Astros are f***ing retarded. With that list coming out in a day, no one should be making any trades until they're sure that who they're getting isn't on that it. -
Right now the B's are the 4th-ranked team in the Eastern Conference, and as of yesterday night they had just as many points of 2 of 3 division leaders. I've been watching them pretty consistently, and I must say ... they can look exceptional at times, and the next minute, blow dick. They're an interesting case. Their new goalie, Alex Auld, has been impressive in his first few starts.

Well, the Cowboy fan would be right in that they have a shot. Dallas is a damn good football team - they're different from when the Pats last played them. Why is it so out there to suggest that the Pats could be at a significant disadvantage in these conditions due to their lack of a consistent run game and run defense? Now, that run defense looks a bit better, they gave up some yardage on the ground last week against the Steelers but didn't s*** the bed. (Steelers are #1 in the league in rushing, no?) I'm a Pats fan, and I don't think it's assinine to think that they could be in trouble in these conditions... I don't recall anyone in this thread "not recognizing excellence" or making statements, such as the one you quoted, out of jealousy. They're legitimate points, no?

Why were you expecting Cleveland? Sizemore will stay in CF for quite awhile. It's not like Jones was going to accept moving to another position in the OF.
