  1. The whole Mets series too. It's supposed to thunderstorm every day for the next week.
  2. Not to bust your balls, but the forecast for next week has thunderstorms all day, every day, all week.
  3. I love how you always come back to this forum only to defend something stupid that the White Sox have done. You've been around a lot recently, too.
  4. Look at his most recent posts or something. I forget exactly why but I think enough was enough.

  6. Yes. 26 to 6 would have to request a name change But yes, I would.
  7. Yes, I missed a 0. As you can see.
  8. Who knows. Cora's been doing well in his place though.
  9. Comparison of position. Over the course of the next few years, I'd rather have Coco patrolling the outfield while I watch him reach his prime than watch Damon decline in the last 2 seasons of his contract. If you're going to put up actual numbers, compare with him with a leadoff hitter like you should. In this case, it would be Kevin Youkilis.
  10. The A-Rod fight. Except that I don't think she realizes just how bad he feels about it. He apologized many times for setting a bad example and being a poor role model. He's a classy, stand up guy if anything. He stood up for his pitcher, and got into a fight which he feels bad about. Oh well. I don't exactly understand how he could be classified as "trash."
  11. I'm giving RedSoxRooter the crown... RedSoxRooter: 6-1 schillingouttheks: 13-7 jsinger121: 3-1 riverside sluggers: 3-2 MANNYHOF24: 2-1 Beckett95: 3-3 Coco's Disciples: 2-2 NomahsHammSammich: 1-0 bosoxgirl34: 1-0 Soxfan#1: 1-0 Youk of the Nation: 1-0 ACL BoSox: 1-1 KeepTheFaith1229: 1-1 yankeessuck013: 1-1 TheKilo: 0-1 yeszir: 0-1 stocker323: 0-1 One Red Seat: 0-1 Rdsxmbnt: 0-1 redoctober: 0-1 Record where the psychadelic mojo has been interrupted: 6-9
  12. The save Tavarez got against Tampa Bay was more of a ******** event.
  13. Jon Miller is a dumbass: -Of course it's Papelbon that was coming in -Al Nipper is the pitching coach...I know you corrected yourself, but you're commentating the game and you should know these things -If you pronounce Seanez wrongly once more I'm going to kill someone...it's not "see-AH-nyez," it's "see-ah-nez" Rant over. Anything else to add to the list?
  14. Well, Tavarez WAS warming...
  15. I keep picturing Remlinger in the Red Sox jersey last season. Was he really signed because Clement recommended him or something like that? I know they were buddies in Chicago.
  16. That slider that Francouer hit for a homerun wasn't that bad of a pitch.
  17. Not completely...Tavarez is still worse. It's not like that was a bad pitch either, Francouer is just swings at a lot of pitches.
  18. Crisp came off of a bad injury. It'll be okay. Besides, Gonzo has just been an absolute freak of nature lately. I'm proud of him.
  19. The only positive thing about pitching Snyder is that it can't be any worse than a Clement start.
  20. I don't understand why some people think it's out of the question for the Patriots to miss the playoffs. Some people are acting like just because we've won 3 out of the last 5 super bowls we're invincible. That's not true. Sure, we have the greatest minds in the game, arguable the best quarterback in the game, and a still solid defense with Harrison coming back and our injuries subsiding, but if last year is any indication of how this team is going to perform this year, it's not out of the question. The Dolphins are back to being threats in the AL East, although at this point I will still take the Pats atop the East, with the Dolphins close behind, then the Jets and Bills. I'm just not sold on Culpepper yet. We all saw how he began the '05 season without Moss. He'll have Chambers, but Chambers isn't Moss by a long shot. He has a lot more to live up to before he can be seen as a big difference maker. Sure, he'll be MUCH better than Frerotte but he could also be a huge flop going from the NFC North to the AFC East. Bottom line is, the AFC East will be a lot more competitive this year than during the Pats' domination years.
  21. Should probably be embarrassed again.
