  1. O-Cab gets that run right back
  2. At least it was quick. Too bad it wasn't painless.
  3. Tito is SUCH a dumbass. He's throwing in the towel by putting Hinske in for WMP instead of Kapler. Unless WMP's hurt?
  4. Loretta looked like he was walking.
  5. The ultimate slap in the face.
  6. Snelling's not a pitcher, therefore he can't shut us out. Ediot.
  7. I'm a fellow Foulker, *******.
  8. Yawn. This isn't even exciting. We're about to get shutout by some stiffs.
  9. I just won't use that word. That's my first spelling mistake in a long, long time.
  10. It's even worse when you lose a Schilling start and that's part of your 5 game losing streak
  11. And now that I look at it, it's even more stupid because this is yet another Curt Schilling start that we fail to win. I realize the game isn't over, but if we win this game, Curt Schilling won't get the win. That's what's dumb.
  12. It's stupid. Tito is always the first one in the dugout to give up on the game, and he's our goddamn manager.
  13. Tito thinks this game is already over, and will therefore leave Kapler in.
  14. And Wily Mo overruns the ball, a run scores. OVER. DONE. f*** YOU RED SOX.
  15. This game's over. 5 runs out of this lineup? Forget about it.
  16. Portsmouth, New Hampshire could beat this Red Sox team.
  17. No, it's more like Nixon was much more of an offensive force than Kapler.
  18. Exactly. The Sox got beat by the Jays (a team they should have done very well against), and the Yanks played well enough to keep up and eventually tie us for the division lead, and winning the division through the tie breaker. Because of that, the Sox made an early exit out of the playoffs after getting swept. SWEPT. EDIT: Still though, even if they split that series, the Yanks were playing better than the Red Sox. Case closed. The Sox didn't play well enough to win the division, they dropped down to the wild card team, and they were swept out of the playoffs.
  19. I don't necessarily buy into the tough schedule theory. Sure, the better teams will play you harder, but if you have a "tougher" schedule and you're in the middle of a pennant race, you really find out what kind of team you are during those games. I believe that playoff-deserving teams will turn it up and beat whatever teams are in their path, good or bad. If you struggle, you obviously wouldn't survive in October. There's no question that we'll see what kind of team the Red Sox are come mid-September.
  20. Is A. Jones a FA? I thought he was a FA after '07...
  21. I know. I'm one of the few people that misses him and would rather have him, but let's not get into that.
  22. Damon did something similar to that tonight... But what the hell was Coco thinking...
  23. I actually heard it was more of a really bad case of the flu. Tito said they were flying him out of Seattle ASAP so he didn't get anyone else sick.
  24. Unless you're playing in the 2005 ALCS
