    I got hit there once and my knee cap moved out of place. When I fell to the ground, I tore my meniscus...all because I got hit in the knee. Don't get hit in the knee. The knee's the worst. I'd rather get hit in the groin..but that's because I wear a cup.

    Jeter and Soriano account for a lot of those, I'm sure. They're both Carl Everett-like in that they are all over the plate. Petey threw up and in on them and hit them on the hands around the chest area. Throwing at someone's head is NOT a good way to get a message across. Throw at their arm, hip, or leg. Not at their head. Pass that message along to Tony C.
