  1. They are pretty beastly. I'm trying to keep track of the whole tournament so I easily forget who's playing who. Fullerton already punched a ticket to Omaha right? Who'd they play to get there again? I would look it up but I see that you're online and right now I'm way too lazy, lol.
  2. He didn't get a chance to prove himself in Cinci either....he had Ken Griffey Jr. playing in front of him.
  3. Yeah, he's a jerkoff. But he'll be on his best behavior here. I really think he's all about winning and with s***** quarterbacks throwing to him in Oakland mixed in with the fact that I think he did actually shut off when he wasn't winning made him worse than Caldwell this year. I really think we're going to see the old Randy Moss this year. His agent has said that he's seen a drastic change in Randy's attitude and comfort level compared to the past couple of years. He also said he was going to skip voluntary workouts but he surprised everyone and showed up anyway. Corey Dillon was a little f***er before he came to the Pats as well, and he turned into a more respectable person on this team. I think Randy will come to play and he'll showcase that talent, while understanding what kind of team the Pats are. I do understand the apprehension though. I hear that if Samuel doesn't come back, they're going to try to move Eugene Wilson to CB with Hobbs, and have Merriweather play SS with Harrison at FS.
  4. Oh. Whoops. Then it ends in Cleveland in game 5.
  5. I just think the Spurs stopped playing with as much intensity when the game was a blowout. Tony Parker himself said during his post-game interview that they're human and when you're up by such a big lead, you don't play as hard. I'm not going to read into the momentum thing. This thing ends in San Antonio in game 5.
  6. That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Are you serious?
  7. They should just make both leagues have the same rules. Teams would be so much more balanced that way...NL teams would actually construct their team for the DH. You can still have interleague play and two seperate leagues...it just makes interleague play more interesting.
  8. A pitching duel on Tuesday night is in order. Webb vs. Wang should be a fantastic game.
  9. I know. I was kidding, and when he reads the comment he'll know I was. I hope he gets to the majors, kicks ass, has a good game against the Sox, but I hope we win. Anyway, in case your interested, here are a couple pics of him: EDIT: Nevermind. I'll find another way to get them up. You have to be his friend to see those pics.
  10. Call up Craig Breslow and DFA Timlin. I want to see more of him.
  11. Haha, I told him on facebook that if he signed with the Yankees I wouldn't be able to root for him.
  12. The Yankees should want him. Trust me. One of my coaches is a New York Mets scout and he wanted Mahoney to get better grades to stay at BB&N so he could have him under his nose. When he left Cushing, it was harder for him, obviously.
  13. So, I know we lost....but someone give me a quick summary. I was sucking air at a football clinic and would have given anything to lay down on the couch and watch the Sox. Even if they lost.
  14. Torre forced to burn the bullpen again. I love it. Clippard lasted 11 outs.
  15. 6-5 Pirates!!
  16. Great job by Duffy. I think Clippard's a little shaken by those close balls on Castillo. 5-4 Bucs. Great opportunity for them to take the lead with a base hit.
  17. The thing is...something about that did surface in the media. I wouldn't be able to pick it out for you, but I totally remember it. Anyway, that thread was f***ing hilarious
  18. Holy f***...Jose Castillo with the 2 RBI single. 3-2 Yanks now. Clippard at 38 pitches through 4 outs.
  19. Did I hear that last night Chase Field had its largest crowd ever? Even more than the world series? That's cool. It may as well have been a gigantic mall. There had to be SOMEONE there that worked in a department store. Anyway, we're giving thanks today to an unappreciated contributer to department stores and their success... 20. Well, I still do. I'm going into my senior year. Haha we're taking the ISL in football this year. We're ridiculous.
  21. Anyway, great grind it out win. Let's get that f***er Randy Johnson tomorrow.
  22. Yeah Mike! 4-3 Sox, bitches!
