No. The best game of ALL-TIME was Bruins vs. Flyers a few years back, 2002 or 2003 I think. Stocker and I were there to witness this game first hand. The Bruins won 1-0 in OT in by far the most exciting and intense game ever. It was Jeff Hacketts first game as a Bruin, still using his Canadiens pads. In the first period, Thornton and Desjardins got in a fight, Joe busted his face open badly. Third period was awesome. They played the Rocky theme song and some random guy stood up and started boxing against the air, and some guy behind us yelled, SIT DOWN ROCKY. It was hilarious. Then in OT I think it was, Kim Jonsson hit a hard slapper from the point and Hackett made a sick left pad save and kicked it out to a defenseman (Gill?). Then he dished it up ice to Rolston who was with someone else (Axelsson?) on a 2 on 1. Rolston f***ing blasted it, probably the hardest shot Ive ever seen, and it went in, and the Bruins won. Amazing game. The third period was probably the best period of hockey I have ever witnessed in my life.
