    moi? when gabe goes balls out, they are size of dodge balls, with millar its chicklets though. however, I agree I give him more credit than he probably deserves--man i cant get this right either I'm being too generous with praise or too negative!!

    his last two starts have been horrible, I wouldnt say he is in free fall, but he has been bad the last two times out. It's our offense that is even more worrisome. you're going to get games like yesterday along the way especially when you're playing so many games without an off day, but the fact that there are two weeks left and our offense is anemic--is indeed worrisome to me anyway.

    clement was butt ugly again today, but thanks to good ole embree and the jays we didnt lose any ground. where is our offense? our pawsox line up today notwithstanding. well, if ever there was a team to get it going against I suppose the devil rays are it.

    for what its worth edgar is still hitting 20 points higher than OC.. I dont mind him and think he still will contribute in a big way before this is all over. I can understand the concern but as someone said those double plays last night are an indication of what he is capable of on the plus side. I dont know if I agree that he is a guy who seems like he cant wait til the season is over, he strikes me as a guy wants to do well so badly that he is pressing. either way he outta just calm down and play the game. He'll be okay--I hope.

    I still havent heeard a plausible explanation for edgar's atrocious defense. I mean I want tio like the guy and I actually havent turned him (i know surprisngly) but there doesnt seem to be a decent explanation. Its hard to believe he has two gold gloves, it appears to me he is using them.
