    He is tearing the crap out of the ball right now, and he is more relaxed than after...all we wanted to do all off season is get rid of this guy, and when things didnt work out and he came back to the sox, he came back in a great mood, its a new manny and i love it....this guy is a work horse, doesnt really seem like it...but he is one of the most dangerous hitters in the league...and his defense has improved (what a catch the other night)...but all in all i love watching this guy hit when he is at the plate and im glad hes in a redsox uniform

    the a's having pitching, but lack everything else...thats why they have never won a series in the post season

    Simply because varitek is having a bad offensive season doesnt mean you have to all jump off the varitek bandwaggon....Varitek is clearly a better defensive catcher than Jorge is...there is no disputing that...Jorge also has 4 rings to Variteks 0...i know varitek is slumping...but the relationship he has with the pitching staff and his intelligence is amongst the tops in the league...sure he doesnt have an arm like pudge, and like ive mention, his offensive is a bit slacking as of late....but I think we are gonna see some huge turn arounds from a lot of playoffs...hopefully soon and after the AS break

    one bad game this happens all the time...they win big one game and then suck for 3 games after that...that cant happen all season! we need some consistent winning

    oh yea what team is I-rod on? oh yea the tigers, nobody cares about the tigers cause they suck, sure they are better than last year but they are not gonna make the playoffs so forget about i-rod....martinez is on the Guardians, they suck, ausmus is on the 4th place astros...none of these teams will make the playoffs excpet the yankees and redsox....so who cares what all these other players do? cuz i dont give a rats ass cuz i know varitek is better than all of them

    you can ramble and ramble all you want...but varitek is the best catcher for this team and in the league in my opinion, he is simply in a big slump lately...and i hate to tell you but varitek is the number 1 priority to sign, eveybody in the redsox organzation knows that

    I dont see him in the redsox organzation very long...we are trading him sometime this season...we dont need another catcher as long as we resign varitek

    yea and on pti the other day they said who would al mvp, vlad or pudge, no mention of Ortiz ortiz is better than both of them

    I have no problem with terry resting nomar or trot...but this past sunday when they played the giants I think he rested both guys...you dont rest your best players when the opposing teams best pitcher is starting the game, you rest these players when you face there number 4 or number 5 starter
