I think Mick would step up, but I hope it doesn't come to that. Someone said Mick was over analyzing and I agree. He needs to use that instinct.

If we get to the playoffs as everyone thinks, I think it is of primary importance that the team is not just healthy, but well rested and in sync as to the goal and how to get there. And much of that is coaching and management of resources.
