    I would say this However a choice of a west coast team is hardly a shocker ,but I’m kinda pissed off.I can see regression in Verdugo and honestly don’t find him too much of an upgraded player to Andrew B .I would like the team to go after kyle if we keep Verdugo and transition him to full time DH .Yes I’d trade Bobby in this instance and look to Casas sooner than later .Verdugo to me could be delt now or at the break .I would really like to get kris B to play LF and the occasional 3b to give Rafy a breather and also as insurance if Rafy can’t be had on a market equal deal .Verdugo for me is on the block .

    Yankees get Donaldson and jettison Urshela ? ...bad trade here but they Jettison Gary and get back a catcher I’ve never heard of .Change of scenery for Gary May help the kid ? Don’t know .Josh is a walking Injury concern.Urshela gives this a clear win for MN.I don’t understand this trade at all for the Yankees .Donaldson is another DH is he not ?

    Guys got electric stuff but he walks the park like you said but he Ks a lot of guys .I see the attraction by Bloom but this type of pitcher could torpedo a team .I would have hard passed on him but there’s no denying he may have been the best FA lefty left ? We will see.

    Really hope we get to see transactions up sooner than later.I have a feeling it’s sooner than some may have predicted . We should do a poll !! I say no later than 3rd week of January.

    Excited to Have JBJ back saving runs for Redsox once again.Question though moving forward into the 22 season ? Are we not set in OF now ? LF Verdugo CF JBJ RF KIKE ? Duran as fourth outfielder seems like a natural fit .The infield is in Flux to me though and yes they can kick the can and stand pat with horrific infield D or they can make Xander a Redsox for Life and move him now to 2nd .Devers future is as a 1b DH sooner than later but we will see him at 3rd in 22. I have to believe the Redsox are all in on a FA SS . The pitching market to me needs to be via FA but wouldn’t be shocked by a trade .Excited about 22.

    Great post ! Question though ? How much money does a team like the Reds make with a playoff run of say A minimum of 3 games ? Is it 50 million ? 100 million ? Or much more ? .My thought is how can ownership ignore the financial windfall of an even short playoff run ? And wouldn’t a fan base of a say Mariners be spending a rediculous amount on merchandise ? .i only bring this up because it’s horrible business decision to tank in MLB ie leas fans in the seats of these long struggling fan bases ie huge short fall in revenue.

    Marcelo Mayer question ? ETA on this young man ? Best guess ? maybe Story as SS for 2 and move over to 2nd ? Although Story has some flaws in his away splits I’m kinda intrigued by the upgrade with the glove and obvious power the guy has .Wondering what his overlay looks like from Fenway onto his spray chart ? I’ll be happy to get this player in Boston not depressed at this point .We can all project what ifs but how often does that work out ? For me I’m OFER a million .I like the fit and will put my neck out here .I guess I’ll be 1of 1 and I’m ok with it .Next is contract here it goes lol 6Years 185 plus bonuses over 220.The thought of Story playing with Kike and Devers is freaking awesome honestly.I was against this but have changed course.If Correa is off the table Go get Story

    Great post ..I can only add one thing to this and it’s an evaluation that can be made with incredible insight with Cora .Cora knows both men and I think If he is in on a meeting with JH and Bloom what does he passionately sell to ownership ? I don’t know this .Suzuki if signed is a future goldmine with overseas merchandise and here in America .Suzuki merchandise sales would significantly offset a significant acquisition of Correa .I personally would go all in with Suzuki ,Correa and Bryant and Rondon .

    Missed you man .Nice try lol Bogey has been out infront on a position change .I would actually extend him at 6 years 180 with incentives well into 210 range .I hope your wrong on Story but there is smoke on this but also Correa .But I’m the guy who would trade Jalen Brown strait up for Ben Simmons .Grain meet salt .
