Jarren Duran, Red Sox outfielder, announced earlier this morning that he has decided to join the pop band DURAN DURAN and will retire from baseball effective immediately. Btw, the band will now be called DURAN DURAN DURAN. Speaking for the Red Sox, Sam Kennedy stated "Duran's speed will be missed. We do wish him luck with his new endeavor."
