  1. The non-moving knuckler is dangerous.
  2. It's been mentioned that it might be a good idea to bring Lin up to play 2nd. I agree. However, who do the SOX move to open a spot for him?
  3. And still 5 games away from the mid way point of the season.
  4. I don't really know how important this is in the scheme of things, but the SOX have played 10 more away games than the Yankems at this point.
  5. Excellent performance by Goodcello today.
  6. Like I said, bring out the clean-up crew.
  7. Definitely bring him back out.
  8. Mookie appears to be 100%.
  9. Before the shift became so prevalent, many batters with 2 strikes would cut down their swing and just make contact. With the shift in play those same batters are still trying to smash the ball over the shift.
  10. I think the shift more than any other reason has caused strike outs to escalate.
  11. If it was destined that SOX were only going to win one game in this series, then winning on get away day is probably the best game to win. Hopefully, today's momentum will carry over to Fenway.
  12. Pressly has left the building.
  13. Maybe the best thing to do for Pedey to prolong his career is just shut him down this year.
  14. JBJ doing his job to keep Mookie's RBI total down.
  15. It's really a shame how much good starting pitching has been wasted on this road trip.
  16. Lately, I wouldn't know who the right people are.
  17. No worries; the guy who fell on his head is a professional stunt man.
  18. MOOKIE!! 19 homers. I wonder of those 19 dingers how many times was JBJ on base?
  19. Now that was a shut down inning.
  20. Alright, Rickster, there's your run, now go get 'em.
  21. The SOX starters are similar to divorced wives who aren't receiving their alimony checks.
  22. After doing some diligent research, I discovered that JBJ's favorite song is CENTERFIELD by John Fogarty.
  23. Sorry, Jason, I didn't see your post.
  24. It appears that the few times JBJ makes good contact, which is rarer that teats on a bull, the ball is hit right at somebody.
  25. Note to Rick: If you give up more than 2 runs, you're in a world of s***.
