Whoa that's a comprehensive guide to visiting Fenway! Cheers On a different note, I read some interesting news reports about the rising prices of food and drink at the park. I'm disappointed to read that it's averaging $9 a beer. The UK is certainly expensive in some ways but it would be unaffordable for many people to support their team at that price (after season tickets, transport and all the rest).

Hi MVP 78, Probably train, yeah. I haven't ruled out the possibility of Uber/Lyft if somebody at the airport is willing to share. Would you recommend the Monday or Tuesday game and some places with good atmosphere before/after?

Afternoon everybody! Matt speaking from Glasgow (Scotland). I decided 'what the heck' and booked a last minute flight to Providence from Edinburgh this Sunday. This will be my first visit to the USA, on a spontaneous shoe-string. Hope to be at Fenway for the game against the Blue Jays on Monday or Tuesday. Welcome any tips. Thanks in advance for having me.
