Putting together a bachelor party in May and going to Fenway. I have several options for seats, but I’m torn based on the research I’ve done. This is a bucket list trip for a lot of us (we’re west coasters) that we won't get to do again, so I am trying to maximize the experience best I can.
Here is what I’ve narrowed it down to:
• Log Box 133, row DD $115/each. – The most expensive of my options, but relatively well priced considering the proximity. I fear this is because of the foot traffic factor – there is a tunnel just to the left. However, most of what I’ve read suggests that it won’t really be an issue 4 rows up from the rail. Plus ,I guess the walk way was lowered a bit during recent renovations.
These are the tickets my heart is telling me to buy, but at that price, I would like to make sure.
• Right Field Roof Box, row C $70/each – I’ve read good things about these seats. Some people like the panoramic view. We like to be closer to the action. The real difference make for me here, aside from price, would be seat comfort. Is there any noticeable difference from those in loge box 133. Both look to be fairly new.
• Right Field Roof Box, Standing Room Only $30/each – Price is obviously the driving factor here. Can anyone expand on their own experience? How hard is it to get a spot to watch the game? What is the choice spot to stake out? Is there access to the Bud Deck (ie the bar)?
Any insight at all is appreciated. I am hungry for what info/tips I can get, so don’t hold back.
