    He does a lot of charity in the Boston area. He's a real good man from what they say. He's a great friend of Patriots head coach BB. He's purpose is try to make people laugh.

    I don't want to put to much pressure on Moncada right away. That is why I would drop him to the bottom part of the line-up for the moment.

    1. Benintendi 2. XB 3. Betts 4. HR 5. Pedey 6. Bradley Jr 7. Moncada 8. Shaw 9. Swihart Want Moncada playing third . Shaw playing first . HR- DH.. would like to see Swihart get one more chance behind plate I know the 2-5 is top heavy with R. But that is what I like.

    The stat that needs to be brought up and if somebody has it , is what is Price's won/lost stat after a Red Sox loss. I call it the stopper stat. I'm not saying its all on him because its not. I just want to know.

    They are 11-13 in Price starts. Not all his doing. His ERA, I think or pretty close to it is 4.64. He's giving up a ton of hits. If the inconsistency of his starts keep up, i can't see them getting into the playoffs. They spent wasted money on Panda, Craig, ( through a bad trade) , Castillo. They can't afford to have money go into the tank on Price. If Price pitched down the stretch like he did for the jays last year, they be ahead in the division. That is the Price they thought they where going to get. If he doesn't pitch well in year 2 it will be ten times worse than the Carl Crawford contract.

    I think you may get your wish with Betts hitting third. It could happen this year. But next year more then likely. I see Beni hitting leadoff with Betts dropping to the third spot. I also think Pedey will hit 5th behind Hanley. I don't know if I do it this year. No way would I ever hit JBJ second like last night. That was dumb.

    I'm not sure they can wait two and a half weeks to make the move. I see him lasting the year. If they don't make the playoffs. He's gone. If you look at the win/loss 60-50. No. The eyeball test. Yes

    I can't see Farrell getting canned. They will play enough to get by and hang around. Plus I don't know if Dumbo has the balls to fire him. It's near mid August.. He's not getting fired. but you never know.

    Price is what he is this year. He will pitch some good games everybody does. But overall his ERA should be close to 5 after this game. He is not going to turn around. The team might. He will not. Does he have the mental make up to pitch in Boston. We will know more next year. If they do play a one game playoff game I rather see RP or SW pitch it.

    The way it goes. If the team melts down and does not make post season play , farrell is gone. It doesn't matter if it is his fault or not. That's how pro sports is. The manager always pays the price.

    Beni is a keeper. He has a sweet stroke. With some time a younger copy of Jacoby Ellsbury. I get him in the line up as much as possible.
