  1. Terrible article written by an admitted fanboy homer. Twice in the article it tries to blame Boras yet at the same time admitting that the sox were dealing with Manny's behavior for years before he even had Boras as an agent. Then the topper - "Manny played 135-145 games every season, remained exceedingly durable into his mid-30s and didn't cheat like numerous other sluggers did." Too funny!!
  2. Ummm, that's great aside from the fact that I have not trolled here. As far as the "acrimonious" part, bring that up with Kingface and Hugh, they started with me, not the other way around. Looks like you are facing the 0-2 count!!
  3. I don't have a problem with those guys. In fact, I usually find them entertaining.
  4. Understood, but obviously they can't help themselves.
  5. I'm going to go enjoy some tacos at the beach. Happy Cinco de Mayo!!
  6. Them dufus??!! Talk about looking ridiculous!!!
  7. Agreed, it is a small sample size.
  8. For what? I didn't break any rules.
  9. Which again has nothing to do with being here 24/7. Happy Cinco de Mayo!!
  10. Looks like Owens' #'s are even better!! W-L ERA WHIP BAA OBP SLG OPS 0-2 8.53 1.816 .340 .421 .600 1.021
  11. What facts? Posting on another team's boards has nothing to do with the amount of time spent on said board.
  12. What's the matter, your feelings getting hurt over some posts on an internet forum?
  13. What does posting on another team's boards have to do with the amount of time spent here?!! Talk about a moron statement!
  14. Whah, whah, whah, "posts to other teams boards" Quite a bit different to post when you have some free time as opposed to posting 24/7
  15. My bad, I simply looked at the thread title. I'll eat my crow.
  16. Clay's career #'s vs. the Yanks W-L ERA WHIP BAA OBP SLG OPS 5-9 6.24 1.659 .304 .369 .529 .897 As usual, you don't think before you post.
  17. Sorry I don't live on here and it took me a bit to respond. Try going outside sometimes, there's a great big interesting world out there!!!
  18. Nah, actually much easier. Tanaka.
  19. I'd have to go with Allen Craig followed by Castillo and Price.
  20. While it's true that ground ball rates have spiked over the last few years, the reports that I have read say that it has more to do with the low strike being called at a higher rate than PED's.
  21. If the media "only recognizes NY players", where are all the Mets' awards? The GG Award is a joke anyway and anyone with the slightest bit of baseball acumen knows this.
  22. I disagree, by almost every defensive metric Jeter was a below to well below fielder, and Posada ranked negative in runs saved for his career I believe.. Williams was maybe average.
