all players are tested for PEDs yearly. did they miss this guy somehow? from wikipedia: Testing is administered via scientifically-validated urine test. Each Player shall be tested upon reporting to spring training. All Players will be selected for an additional unannounced urine specimen collection during the season on a randomly selected date

I was looking at Hunter Renfroe's statcast on Baseball Savant. What happened to him this year compared to 2021 and 2022? He's a free agent so he'd seem a logical candidate to bring to spring training but would he need a guaranteed contract?
