Bobby V. managed to P on the fire and put out the offense.

Stick a fork in him ... He's done. It will take time for it to play out. Any manager knows that the key is getting the trust of their employees and protecting them against all outsiders. All disagreements between management and employees should be resolved behind closed doors. Bobby V has done more damage in two weeks than most managers can undertake in two years. Very Sad!!!
