What a mess at Penn State, what a sad ending for Paterno. But, even he admitted to not doing enough.

I'm not really impressed with Valentine, I think the Sox could have done better. There's something about him that just doesn't feel right, and I don't get the sense that he'll be a good fit for this team. Just be wrong, my two cents.

LOVE the Red Sox, am Editor-in-Chief of Celtic Nation, so hoops are my primary passion. Still, LOVE the Red Sox! Hopefully the management changes will be good for the team and will help ease the dysfunction that seemed to grip it during the collapse last season. We'll see, long way to go but I'm optimistic.
