    hanley back with boston with his attitude problem would be a huge mistake the guy has awesome talent but he'd have alot of maturing to do also depends on the manager FO BRINGS IN. your right about the team being complacent to winning .....i thought the ultimate goal for this team was to start a dynasty.....a winning environment but i feel after the 07 championship the aura changed

    This team needs to make tough decisions this offseason youk or ortiz one of these two has to go why frankly i would like to see both come back next year but think about this ....lets say we kept beltre last year let go of ortiz and let youk dh make sense to you guys? FO should of kept vmart defensively him and vtek are basically the same but vmart has the better bat of the two wake should of been a inning eater off the bullpen he put himself before the team this year which kind of shocked me i cant blame the players i blame theo for the players he has brung in and put together in recent years

    first feeling everyone gets is to overhaul the team but after a few days to really sit down and think things through rationally the team just needs to make some adjustments first thing management should do is really look into the character of the players there bringing in..... i hate to have to question the heart of a player this 2011 redsox team looked horrible second is pitching i cant blame pap for blowing that save he had been overworked in the games prior to that....bard was shaky but i feel he could bounce back ...i know everyone wants to get rid of lackey but i think he contract makes that unlikely who should go some way some how jd drew youk if he doesnt get his act together and stays in shape ortiz had a good year and wants to stay so he'll take less money

    if thats the case they need to set that straight this offseason you can just tell something was off with this team looking at them in the dugout during the last few series. Also i like francona as a manager but i feel as if he hasnt changed his approach from 2004 till now .....these guys aint the misfits of 04 maybe his approach towards the team worked then but this is a different group of guys

    Wassup everyone im new to the forum .....ima crazy redsox fan couldnt sleep last night pissed about the way we went out in 2011 especially when i live in new york and have to put up with all these dumb no nothing about baseball yankee fans ......but anyway seems like down the stretch the redsox looked emotionless and played with no fight no grit and i saw the interview where francona was saying that as a season moves along usually teams band together like brothers which makes perfect sense just that this 2011 redsox team didnt do that. you can see pedrioa,elisbury and scuturo giving it there all out there i can also say the same for pap but the rest of the guys i dunno i mean ive had just about enough of jd drew whats his deal when is he a free agent wowww but anyways did you guys also notice what francona was sayin about lack of energy cause i sure did
