  1. I figured that was what Theo and Tito thought as well a good 5th starter... but as far as run support goes... Sox offense was so hot and cold this season it was disgusting, games where we would be getting shut out when a week prior we would be scoring 15 runs, just didnt make sense to me but with run support you could argue Wake didnt get it as much either nor did he get pulled in the right inning from tito if you ask me their were games he should have notched his 200 win and been done with that chase but the games were being called like s*** the one pitcher who seemed to me to always have run support even though at times he didnt need it was andrew miller regardless of our offensive production in support for our lack their of starting pitching we still need a 5th starter that can get out of the 4th without being down a s*** load on the boards

  3. Cancel his TJ Surgery just force his ass to retire already lol
  4. is comparable to Bedards 4.03 and 1.55 and Lackeys 6.41 and 1.61 Andrew miller had the energy and drive as a younger kid to prove himself in the 17 games he played to at least turn it around and have better numbers EB and JL jus continued to slump
  5. Really wish we never traded away Justin Masterson then we would have a solid 4 Lester Beckett Buchholz Masterson doesnt that sound good.... and its no longer possible all for one year of service for victor martinez...
  6. A good Relief pitcher who needs at least one more year to figure out if he will ever be a legitimate closer or if he will always be JUST a set up man... i personally would prefer him to figure his s*** out and be able to step up to the plate when we need him most because I believe he can do it
  7. Looking on fangraphs at the stats for Andrew Miller... he would have been a more suitable 5th starter down the stretch than Bedard did for us... Tito gave so much confidence in his old beat down horses and never gave a chance for the young kids to step it up and prove they could hang with the big boys this is just my opinion anyone else know reasoning for not sticking with A Miller?
  8. true it couldnt hurt to see if he still has any gas left in the tank especially with a incentive based contract and then we could do the right thing and let him retire as a sox lol which would be all time other then that Bedard i still dont see as a quality starter in the majors anymore every other game he either got knocked around in the first inning or he complained about some crap ass injury. i didnt understand for the life of me why theo traded for him when his start right prior to the trade showed no signs of being a decent pitcher Id go with Aceves as our 5th I also dont think someone who pitches for 2 innings a game and loses his mechanics in pitching is anywhere near being our next closer or a starter for that matter its one thing to blow a game when you are a solid closer like pap but when ur the next in line and your already blowing games i dont like the sound of that
  9. if this was 2 years ago when he had success in philly and they didnt pick him up in the offseason i would be all for it but he hasnt pitched for 2 seasons now not too sure i would want him back in our rotation... maybe out of the pen like a long relief kind of a role lol
  10. Bring back Pedro hahahah all joking aside... the outcome of all these buy low players have ended up biting us in our ass just about everytime so i hope that Ben finds a better way to fill the rotation spot then buying low
  11. Lets just hope Ben doesn't go out and try to fill his rotation spot with another Bedard, keeping my fingers crossed for some good acquisitions in the Starting Rotation
  12. Hi new to this I think alot of this season has fallen down to front office not willing to get us a starting pitcher and to stupid mistakes by tito i feel someone either F/O or Tito will be lookin for a new job if we dont win today and make it to post season lemme know what yall think
