    Somebody start the GT or I will be stuck making good on my threat to start one by game time. Dan Shaughassy must have a Sunday column vilifying the entire team. A Shaughassy column combined with snarky jung starting the GT would easily send Cashewnuts into a tailspin and probably sideline half of Cora's lineup with "stomach ailment".

    One stat rarely tells the story. Price has only pitched 105 innings so far this year. Porcello has pitched 133 and Sale has pitched 140. I would think it hard to step out onto the platform of this starter has been better than the other two. All three have basically sucked. We can dance around that all we want. They have had subpar years right in the face of the organization having designed the club to be most reliant on them.

    I never ever thought Nate was going to be somebody that could come back this late and make an impact this year. More ******** from the estimable Sox PR department. I am more inclined to think he will be in this game shortly if we don't run out of innings.

    How many of these "so-called" great ballplayers basically screwed every other stat in the books to try to take the Manfred Missile out since 2016...Harper for example. Gordon for example. Not Mike Trout...a TRULY great ballplayer.

    That was a pretty tired looking trudge by Ausmus out to the mound. Like he has made too many of them and they have turned into Bataan Death Marches for him. Two out LH/LH walk must have really made Brad's day.

    Jackie is also 29 years old and as fully developed as he is ever going to get. There is no upside left in JBJ.

    Ausmus had to have had Upton in Detroit though. They had to have overlapped there. So Brad must be fully medicated against Upton's nonsense. In fact Brad looks kinda' over-medicated today.
