True, but good pitching is always the key to success..... Playoffs are not won by the best offensive teams (sure it helps) it's always pitching.... Sox had a very good offense last year and we weren't even close to playoffs. -

Last night left a terrible taste in my mouth. I hate getting g blown out like that especially to a division rival. This just goes to show how good the Jays are this year Tonight we 100 percent have the pitching matchup and this is a must win in my opinion. Man I hope we turn it around I’ll be able to watch most but the Oilers and Jets playoff starts at 7. Go Oil go!!

Ya this Covid is getting depressing. It hasn’t changed my life much but I do miss having some drinks with friends at pubs. Restaurants just opened up on Monday though. Life is starting to get back to normal here. Finally I can go outside nude again and not get the cops called on me! Wait.... nvm.... that part hasn’t changed. Apparently they still can.

It will be lifted soon. Probably by the end of July. I’m 33 and get my second vaccine next month.

Jays sure cashed in. The Jays top to bottom have a very good team. I said at the beginning of the year I think they will compete and possibly win the division. Yankees fans of course laughed at me but they pose a serious threat to us. Hell, they are 4-2 against the Yanks and they weren’t even healthy

Well his 2019 was pretty solid and enough to show he is a capable 3 or 4 guy..... however he is GREATLY exaggerated. I can’t believe I thought he was ace material. That belongs to Pivetta

True. I think he is a decent 3 or 4 but I Still think he is overrated. A lot of us thought he was ace material. He’s just way too inconsistent for that

It means he is way overrated. He had a solid 2019 no doubt, but E Rod is greatly exaggerated

I can’t believe we wasted two men on with only one out. You just can’t do that when you are playing the likes of great pitching like this. Our picture is giving us a chance at least and it’s still only a one nothing game. But if you can’t get any base runs you aren’t going to win simple as that

Yup definitely. Well said! With that said, this is not E Rods best night by far but he is limiting the damage and keeping this winnable. Need the bats To come alive. Would be nice to see E Rod go 6 tonight though. Ryu will likely for sure, maybe 7
