20 innings in his last 3 starts with 5 runs..... and against Detroit 3 of those runs came in one inning and then he settled right down and was pretty damn good the rest of the way. Another one of those starts was against Tampa Bay who granted is not a super powerful offense, they are still a very good team and atop our division. He gave us a chance to win that game and we did. He was absolutely fantastic against Oakland in which you say that isn't that impressive because Oaklands lineup sucks (even though they are ranked in the top 10 in offense)
Once again, let Porcello walk when he could be giving us a discount to keep him. Who the hell would you rather start in the 3rd spot of the rotation over Porcello? Porcello has easily proven he is a good 3rd guy in the rotation, and when he catches fire he is even better than that. Just accept the fact that Porcello is staying in Boston!!!!! WHOOOOOOOOOO
