Usually we give Porcello some runs. Then again this is Tampa. They are hard to generate runs against.

Porcello has gone back to the two seam fastball and has been solid his last 2 starts. Coincidence???? I think not. Sign the man. -

Agreed. He was flying tonight and was at a low pitch count so I am surprised he was taken out of the game as well. Should have left him in for another inning or two and then let Workman close it out

So I know Rick obviously will go where the money is however he said he really wants to stay in Boston. Is there anyway he would stay with us even if a team like Toronto offered him more?

Games like this will make me miss wreck when he is gone. Unfortunately it’s just too few and far in between with him. We could be waiting another month for him to play this good again or another two months

Well with the season nearly over it would be funny to spoil Tampa's season as well. Granted I will cheer for Tampa to beat the Yankees and Astros in the playoffs, so I don't really care. Go Sox!

Agreed! We will see what happens next season with Sale.... He did seem to find his fastball down the stretch but he just couldn't string together good games. He would have one or two and then follow it up with a string of bad games.
