  1. Cubs going back to s*** lol.
  2. True that, porcello usually follows a bad year with s good year however So there’s that lol.
  3. Holy f*** this game is wild. Washington leads.
  4. Hey it’s Drew lmao.
  5. I remember Jake Peavy..... he was pretty decent for us! 6 years seems so long ago already. I was 26 at the time, working at a bank. Man how time flies. Now I work for the city. Anyway..... so..., that damn Cora.
  6. See .... so far my gut reaction is correct.
  7. Me too Shhhh, don't say that too loud lol. We are in the minority.
  8. I suggested letting everyone go and building around Porcello. Nobody was on board with that lol
  9. Wow I didn’t realize he wasn’t playing? I don’t follow that division much.
  10. The bacon king is ridiculously good there!!!! My favourite! One of the rare times fast food places don’t skimp on the bacon!
  11. Probably the logical choice to go with Washington. I'm strictly going with my gut on this one and saying the Brewers (also it's telling me I want Burger King)
  12. Lol, well said!!
  13. Scherzer is definitely the better pitcher but Woodruff is no slouch that's for sure. In his last 28 innings pitched (6 starts) he has posted an ERA of 2.57. It's also the 6th ranked offense in Washington going against the 17th ranked in the Brewers. All stats show Washington should win this game, but I just have a gut feeling that Milwaukee will somehow pull this off..... Regardless should be a great game none the less.
  14. Agreed.
  15. Going with Brewers and A’s to pick up the wins.
  16. I have faith in him, but the Colts need a better defense and need guys healthy. He isn't good enough to carry a team on his back in my opinion.... However with a decent team around him he should be good enough to manage and take them to the playoffs.
  17. Hey I have a reason to cry lmao. The furthest they have made it is the Conf final in the last 9 years (and even at that, they were utterly blown out) It hasn't been a great 5 years with the Colts. Last year was decent but again.... ended in an utter blow out to the Chiefs. I am terrified for next week lol.
  18. Well sad. It’s funny how quick fans can get used to winning. My little brother is a patriots fan and I swear if they don’t win the Super Bowl this year he will cry
  19. Valid point
  20. That’s what I meant more less. The starting rotation could not stay healthy and Sale was not good this year, same with Porcello and Eovaldi when he eventually returned. We found a closer. That is one thing I’ll say about this season and e Rod was Awesome Chris Sale himself had 11 losses. Granted I know we didn’t always give him run support , But regardless. And then he got shut down. That’s our Ace
  21. Don’t waste your breath. Jackson can post some intelligence, however his hate of the Red Sox blinds him half the time from making decent posts. Average pitching absolutely takes us to the playoffs. We missed by 12 games, and that seems worse than it is because we checked out completely the last month. Average pitching without a doubt wins us 12 more games to be in a wild card spot, and very good pitching like last year would grab us first place. Jackson thinks if we lose Martinez we go from a top 5 offense to bottom of the barrel (lmfao) and he also thinks if the pitching was better we still miss the playoffs. I give up on arguing with stupid comments.
  22. Agreed Kimmi. Losing both would hurt for sure there is no doubt about that. But losing one and keeping the other we would be just fine. We were number one/two in Offense all year and finished top 5 near the end. Losing Martinez isn’t going to take us from first to worst. It just won’t happen. If Sale is healthy and can get back to somewhat of what he was, Eovaldi stays healthy, E Rod pitches like he did this year and we add another arm we will be a force again. Jackson yankee fan believes otherwise because he is a yankee fan and hopes we fail. He actually has zero clue of our future like the rest of us.
  23. True. But now we will sign workman, and if he keeps this up he could be one of the greatest closers!
  24. Thank you Dr Manhattan for predicting the future. Can you give me the lottery numbers as well?
  25. No it won’t. We will be fine. We need pitching. I don’t want to lose him but it won’t be the end all be all for this team.
