Ya me too. Josh Taylor looks as bad as it gets. I think Sawamura and Valdez might be good for us though. Hard to say. This offense though just looks flat, biggest surprise for me. Martinez was good yesterday but outside of that we just can’t produce squat....... I’m hoping it’s just a slow start but I’m not so sure anymore. -
Are we saving our best offense for them too?

Well Devers got the day off so that’s a start. He has been atrocious.

Defense is the least of this teams concerns right now. Scoring 2 runs in 18 innings against Baltimore is the biggest issue. Devers has looked god awful though. He needs to get his s*** together.

Oh fair enough. My mistake. Yes I agree, and there is nothing wrong with that. It’s Awesome when people believe in their team. Hell I thought Indy could win the SB last year..... how wrong I was lol. I just think the Sox have a very big question mark at pitching, and the offense isn’t good enough to carry the team. I would love nothing more than to see this team make playoffs.... I just don’t know how we will compete with the Rays and the Yankees. Hell even the Jays are a good team and made playoffs last year. This division is too tough to rely on all offense to make the playoffs. And with that said..... I’m not sure our offense is Even going to be that good. I think we will be ok, but not good enough without solid pitching (granted we have had decent pitching through two games)

Oh I completely agree with this, but I don’t think we are a wild card team or even close to that. These two games just cement that fact in my mind. I hope we compete and I hope the steam proves me wrong, I just think we have a ways to go before we are competitive again
