The other day Oswalt left the team for personal reasons. He found out on the day he was starting that his family had been affected by the storms in the southwest. So he pitched 4 terrible innings then pulled himself and left the team for a couple of days. I guess Lackeys wife having cancer would take more then a couple of days to deal with. But maybe if he left for a week or two it could help?

I would never throw out all the great performances from Lackey. Some of the best pitching I have ever seen has come from him. But when your last start was 6 days ago and had a 18.00 ERA, it's kinda hard to just forget.

Probably need more than 8. Last game for Lackey he gave up 8 in only 4 innings on the mound. So lets make that 15 we need to score, in order to be safe.

I think Gonzo is the MVP thus far. He is leading the team in RBI's, hits, and Home runs. I don't know how he couldn't be the MVP. -
