And the difference between hitting for Boston and Tampa Bay is exactly what? ...he's played 40+ games and has looked consistently horrible at the plate...the only difference is that he now bats against Tampa pitchers instead of Boston pitchers....could that be it?.......

I agree but only if he's not with the Sox..doesn't look much like a 'spotlight' player...nor are his mechanics very good at all..both at bat and in the field....very athletic, but not fundamental at all....looked a lot better in a Rays uniform....
