According to FoxSports/Fanhouse Depending on what the Marlins are asking he'd be a good secondary LF/3B option and he could easily DH as well. He only however be pursued as a low priority as there are better options out there.

Fenway Faithfull: While it would be nice there are much more pressing needs.
