Hello, my name is Brian Irvine and I'm conducting some research for an article on behalf of Liverpool FC website thisisanfield.com.
As I'm sure you well know Mr. Henry has taken step to secure ownership of our club. Due to our current owners being the cancer they are it's understandable that our fans are apprehensive to say the least about the prospect of new owners without knowing more about them as sports fans rather than businessmen.
The problem with our current owners was that despite their lies and broken promises, they didn't understand what the club means to the man on the street. Subsequently they suffered a well documented backlash in doing so.
My question to you Red Sox fans is; how highly do you rate Mr. Henry and his associates in their day-to-day ownership of your own beloved team? Are things indefinitely better on ALL fronts since? Does he respect your history and sporting traditions.
Please add anything else you feel might be appropriate, good or bad.
Thank you very much in advance for you cooperation in advance,
Brian Irvine
(Mods: Please could you leave this as a separate thread to the other LFC Takeover one. Cheers)
