    Mets manager Sandy Alderson said Monday that David Wright underwent an MRI which revealed a stress fracture in his lower back. The injury is the result of a diving tag of Carlos Lee at third base back on April 19. Wright won't go on the disabled list until he receives a second opinion and even if the initial diagnosis is confirmed, he would not be sidelined for a significant period of time. Alderson said treatment would be non-surgical and that he would need to rest for 10 days before returning to baseball activities. Daniel Murphy, Justin Turner and Willie Harris figure to play regularly in the Mets' infield for now.
