    One scout that recently saw Kevin Millwood told ESPN's Jayson Stark that the veteran looked "terrible." "He looks terrible," the scout said. "Here's a guy who used to throw 94-95 [mph]. Hardy, Luke Scott, Koji Uehara, Mike Gonzalez and possibly Jeremy Guthrie, who has one more year of arbitration eligibility, could conceivably be elsewhere next season.
