I agree with the last three, but I think Ellsbury steals more than Crawford in the first situation, just because the middle of the order won't give Crawford enough opportunities to run. -
If Lester "breaks out", he could become a monster. You don't usually pin a lot of hope on a 19-game winner improving much. But if he can control his walks a little better than last year, he does have some more room to grow.
