  1. Try not to stare too long during your sponge baths today, the old men don't like that. And make sure their behinds get nice and clean, no one wants to be a stinky old man.
  2. Yeah, my point was that the two teams have easy schedules coming up but the Sox are playing really well and the Yankees are playing poorly. Teams tend to make their own momentum, when they find ways to lose against bad teams.
  3. No one cares. You say that every year.
  4. The Red Sox and Yankees are playing like complete opposites right now. With the Red Sox playing well and getting an even "fluffier" part of the schedule coming up with 14 games against Kansas City, Cleveland, Baltimore and Oakland, it won't be all that surprising if the Red Sox lead the wild card by a few games come June 11th. The Red Sox are finally hitting their stride and the Yankees are finally coming back down to earth. It looks like another back-and-forth year for these two teams.
  5. Is anyone else concnerned about Lackey? We're now two months into the season, he's still struggling and there's nothing about his numbers that suggest he's been unlucky or has pitched better than his 1.60 WHIP suggests.
  6. You just named a Hall of Famer and a future Hall of Famer as evidence that closers being dominant over the age of 30 is not that unusual. Think about that for a second.
