    the expos were very popular, despite attendance figures at the park, but locally in Ottawa I would say most of the amature ball players here are Francophone, my boy played house league and there was a lot of French spoken at the park, bear in mind we are mostly bilingual here

    the thing is just about every adolescent in Montreal owns a habs jersey, hockey is such a big deal that everyone gets a sweater for christmas birthday and most wear them all year round so stands to reason if i am a petty crim wishing to exploit a situation is not hard to merge with the crowd

    I moved to Canada some many years ago from the UK, funnily enough my folks originate from Boston, Lincolnshire, UK I have always loved watching baseball and much prefer the game to other north american sports, anyhow to the point never really settled on one team but having just visited Boston for the very first time and had the pleasure of a tour of Fenway Park, i was so impressed, not just the park but the people associated with the club and the locals as a whole that i kind of have fallen in love with all of it thanks for being so welcoming jack
