Hey guys season is shapin up into a good one just as everyone thought it would. I wanted to let everyone know about the Jason Varitek Celebrity Putt Putt at the Tsongas Center in Lowell. it is a great event to bring the family and also to get some autographs. The proceeds go towards a great cause in Journey Forward as well which is a non-profit gym dedicated to helping those with spinal cord injuries. In the past players such as Tim Wakefield, David Ortiz, Josh Beckett, Jonathan Papelbon, Dustin Pedroia, Kevin Youkilis and others have gone to the event. It is always packed with Red Sox players. Go to Ticket Master to get tickets just search for Jason Varitek Celebrity Putt Putt.

Nomar is by far my favorite player. When I was a kid I came to the game real early during the sox batting practice. Nomar came over to me and I got his autograph on a baseball. I cherished that baseball until one day I notice it was gone from my stand I had it on. i found it in my little brothers room with his autograph all over the baseball. Couldnt be more pissed

Hello fellow sox fans as im sure will all of you i just can't wait till April 4th just two more weeks before the season starts and life couldnt be better. Before the season starts though I just wanted to let you know about the oppurtunites that Jason Varitek is giving two lucky fans. He is holding an online raffle to raise money for a non profit gym Journey Forward to help those with spinal cord injuries. The raffle includes; Winner and friend will have dinner with Jason Varitek in Florida Winner will receive 2 tickets to 2 different games down in spring training Winner will get $1,500 in a travel allowance for their trip Finnally the winner will recieve an autograhed 8x10 photo of Jason.
