  1. Salty with a CS, and Wakefield with 3 scoreless? This is turning to an interesting game.
  2. Umm.... I just realized something. Wakefield has actually looked better than Felix so far today.
  3. Well, on the bright side, we might be able to get Felix out by 7 today.
  4. Where does gamecast show that pitch?
  5. Felix gave Pedroia two pitches right down the middle. Strange.
  6. The next three games are against Felix, Weaver, Haren. We can't go out there with a "well, we're facing a good pitcher, so its okay to lose" mentality.
  7. You know, its really pathetic when I find myself saying "damn, this team sure could use Milton Bradley right now".
  8. I think, this is a bigger game than we've been expecting it to be. If they lose, well, who cares, it is a given. But if they win, it'll be a hardfought contest that gets into the Sox bullpen early, and needs big bats late. I would bet that winning this kind of matchup will get them fired up real quick.
  9. What does Dice-k have to do with anything? He's only had one truly bad start all season.
  10. I'm looking for a new favorite AL team. Are they still doing well?
  11. Aardsma is still hurt?
  12. I don't know, this year is different. I absolutely loved 2010, despite the injuries, and the makeshift lineup, they fought their hearts out, and a good part of the healthy roster had career years, tons of walkoff wins, emotion, effort. Do you see that this year? They're the healthiest club in the major leagues this year, and a far inferior team.
  13. I'm going out for an hour or two. Not liking this game one bit, maybe I'll listen to it on the radio
  14. Ellsbury on tear of a hitting streak.
  15. Haha, Bradley a "better" hitter?
  16. That didn't look even close.
  17. Phantom DL Crawford and bring up Reddick. This is getting ridiculous.
  18. There have been quite a few players who seemed to have gotten into a groove for the team for quite a few days/weeks and carried the team on their backs for a little while. Pedroia singlehandedly won us the Yankee series, Lowrie had a ton of big games, but is cooling off a bit now, A-gon is hitting well now. The problem is the guys who decided to take 2011 off. Crawford, Buchholz, the catchers, the bench, and the bullpen.
