  1. I'd be okay giving it to Cameron too.
  2. 1-4 and 7-8 have a combined OBP of .555 right now. 5-6 have an OBP of .000. Did Tito seriously NOT see this coming?!
  3. There was also a concern that Gonzo would misplay balls, and let singles turn to doubles, and doubles to triples. The brilliant defensive production of Mcdonald and Cameron have both ALREADY done that once tonight. So what's the difference between replacing a bad outfielder who can't hit for s*** with Ortiz's bat and A-gon's glove in the outfield.
  4. I never thought I'd say this... but I miss JD Drew.
  5. 6 LOB for Mcdonald tonight, and we're only halfway through the game. Seriously Tito, pinch hit for that f***er please.
  6. Way to look like a f***ing single A outfielder.
  7. Watch Mcdonald hit a grand slam to prove us all wrong. Edit: Yeah right.
  8. Lester had a better AB than both Mcdonald and Cameron...
  9. If I were Tito... I'd probably pencil in David as the DH in my lineup. f*** your rules NL.
  10. Have you not seen the lineup tonight?
  11. Really? Why on earth are you actually pitching to Youkilis?
  12. He's eligible July 2nd, and he's likely to return then, or only a few days longer.
  13. Wow, this Pirates lineup isn't bad. It is terrible. Mccutchen is the only hitter in this lineup with an OPS greater than .720.
  14. It just goes to show how much seeing a superstar leave can hurt a team. I don't see them filling that big hole at center for quite some time.
  15. Big surprise there
  16. Remember when Ortiz had that 14 pitch AB the other night? And when Mcdonald swung into an easy ground out on the first pitch in the following AB... I can't get that image out of my head.
  17. McDonald's OPS is .364. No, that's not a typo, I didn't mean OBP, I mean OPS. Reddick/Salty/Varitek/Scutaro/Sutton all have OPSs DOUBLE that. I was one of his biggest defenders last year, but now it is pretty obvious we need to get this scrub out of the lineup.
  18. WTF?!?!?!?! MCDONALD IS HITTING #5?!?!?!?!
  19. Salty .250/.313/.428/.741 5 HR, 10 2B, 20 RBI, 19 runs Drew .228/.330/.326/.656 4 HR, 4 2B, 18 RBI, 19 runs Wow
