  1. Doing a research project and I cannot find the date of when Francona was officially hired. All I can find is 2004. Help would be appreciated. Thanks!
  2. Spitball, Glad to see someone who knows where I am coming from. Since this is summer semester and the class is only 6 weeks long the instructor is taking it easy on us. We don't have to do a grade level or any standards  We are just making the stuff up to present to the class. Not tough guidelines or a tough project, just time consuming.
  3. I wasn't saying the Sox or the research was cheesy, but having to make travel ads, poems, etc is cheesy lol. Can't complain to much because I'd much rather do this than another 20 page plus paper.
  4. Im open to anything for a recipe. Didn't know if I should do something about Fenway's food or if I should do a recipe of the 2004 team that made it a WS champ.
  5. Hey Y'all, I have a big research project due Wednesday the 11th. My topic is, of course, the Red Sox. I am in school to be an elementary teacher so the project is a little cheesey, but I deff. need some detailed info/input. What is due is a multi-genre research project, for a reading/writing class. Here are my following genres I will be using: 1) Letter 2) Poem 3) Newspaper Article 4) Biographical Essay 5) Speech 6) Art 7) Brochure or Travel Ad 8) Recipe 9) Timeline I have type and make these myself. Im going back and forth on doing the Sox as a whole or the 2004 World Series team. What would y'all do? That choice will determine what exact info I will need. Thanks!
  6. Hope get recovers quickly.
  7. Since maybe 94-95. I remember I got a Mo Vaughn baseball card that was really cool looking. Since then I have been a Redsox fan.
  8. It has sucked all through spring ball and it has carried over. Whats up with this crap?!
  9. So is he penciled in as our starting catcher?
  10. Besides Boston, where do you think the biggest Redsox fan base? I go to every redsox series when they come here to Atlanta, Georgia. It has to be like 75/25 Redsox to Brave fans. The sox fans control the stadium when they are in town. What do y'all think?
  11. Kevin Cash cant seriously be better then he is.
  12. Why? He is hitting great and he benefits the pitchers.
  13. Hey Y'all, This is my 1st post. I have been lurking here for a while. Now I dont want to come off like a idiot and I know many will say some but here I go. I keep hearing reports about the Sox trading Clay B for Roy H. All I can say is WHY? I know everyone will say that Roy is a beast of a pitcher and he is but he is like 32 and in his prime but Clay is young and last year he pitched pretty darn good and he still has his best to come.
