  1. I live in Europe and I wanted to ask which sport is more popular accross the States after NFL.Is it baseball or NBA? Now, about the question on sox and patriots.I believe baseball in general is a special sport, mostly because of its 162-game season. It's hard for someone to be a trully faithfull fan and watch all the games however the fact that there is a game on almost every day makes it easier to familiarize with the players and the team. If you're a patriot fan you 'll see your team's next game in about 8 months. That makes it hard to keep on...wearing gear around the year.
  2. Hi!I am a european who only recently found out how great sport baseball is.The 2009 season is the first one I watched in regular basis and got really familiar with the sport. I ve heard that the best way to learn a new sport is become a fan of one team and follow it all year long.So I started watching the sox, learned a few things about its history and really liked the team.I don't really mind losing the ALDS-I am not the kind of person that wants to win every time. Now the season for Boston is over I would like to ask you to give me some more reasons to be a red sox fan. Why are you a red sox fan? What's so special about this team for you? Thanks in advance for every answer, I 'd aprreciated it if we kept it civil!!
