    Sox aren't going down, they just haven't felt pushed far enough into a corner to go into crush mode. Farrell needs to take inventory though, use some of the guys that are keeping the bench warm. Anything to provide a spark.

    Jeez. I'll never give up on the Sox. I just give up on the clockwork trolling we get in every game if things go wrong for us. Why is it even allowed? Can't we at least have the hard earned post season without it? It's not like his team is even playing anymore.

    I think there is a good chance that the garbage that we unloaded on the Dodgers is gonna be watching the WS from their living rooms after tonight too.

    I like our chances with Peavy and the fact that our bats are overdue to break out. Yeah Detroit has some good arms but I think it just fell in line with a little offensive holiday as well, that and playing tight. Ball is in our court now and this team can really shine when they need to.

    Cause yankee fans have every right in the world to begrudge a team that won two World Series in the past 94 years. I can see Red Sox fans hating the yankees but the yankee hate for the Red Sox is unfounded and stupid, just a by product of their elitist mentality which is especially prevelant in the world's capital of crime and filth (go figure again).
