    I think this comment is false, it really depends where he is. For example, if he is in the ocean and he falls out of a boat, he will obviously hit the water. However, if he is on land and falls out of a boat he wont hit the water. So it really depends, or if he's a river or lake he'll also hit the water, but if he is in a building and falls out of a boat, he will not hit water.
