    I see the point Crespo is making, but the way I see it, I think we've got to have someone like Ellsbury in the team to be successful. Sure he doesn't have power, but we need to have a change of pace in there like we have with Ellsbury. Might not support my side of the argument very well but that's how I feel.

    done as in "he's done, there's no where to go but cut him," yeah i agree with the homeruns but as long as he produces OPS wise I'd be fine with him.

    This surprised me a lot.. I saw Ramirez shirtless photo in Johnny Damon's book "Idiot" and there was no trace of muscle at all. Which led me to believe that he did not take steroids or illegal substance of any kind. I guess you can't be too sure.

    So Lugo is a 9M bench player now.. I say we try out young players there like we're doing with Nick Green and Lowrie and take whoever has a better defense.

    I don't think he's done.. I expect him to bounce back sometime this season but I think he's had a major dropoff and won't have the same season he had before but still produce at maybe 20HR 80RBI .260ish but with solid OBP.

    really? i think angels and whitesox are actually pretty solid. Angels are well balanced overall in pitching, batting, and fielding and Whitesox have a lot of pop. Both have playoff potential in my books. Rangers dont' though.

    u say rice i say yummy and mark teixeira is actually from the highschool i'm attending and I must say I was bummed when he signed with the Yankees instead of the Redsox.

    Hi from a Sox fan since 2003. I started liking the sox when I really got into baseball when I was really young and lived in Connecticut. Now I live in Baltimore where the pathetic Oriole fans reside. I look forward to knowing you all and talking about the Boston Redsox. My favorite player is Dustin Pedroia because that dude has a body of an asian and still hits the s*** out of the ball.
