    With all due respect, counting on Lowrey to be all that the Sox needed coming back from wrist surgery was just plain dumb. Contingency plans should have been made. Including keeping Julio Lugo on the roster. I really like Lowrey, but this will be a "lost year" (as Lou Merloni has said) for Lowrey.

    Yes. Eat more penne. Seriously, they are smaller than mainicotta (less surface area) and will be less fulfilling with less mass.
