Dave Righetti is San Fran's pitching coach. Obviously we can expect Penny to do quite a bit better in AAAA, but just because he made one good start doesn't mean he's going to continue to mow everyone down.

I was trying to block his entire stint with the Red Sox out of my memory. Thanks. He's dominated the 2 of the 3 worst teams in baseball in the Padres and Nationals. All he needs are the Pirates now.

I'm excited. The season officially starts tonight. South Carolina @ NC State - 6:00 ESPN Oregon @ Boise State - 9:15 - ESPN I'm taking both home teams. Both games should be good, especially the Boise game.
