My boy Mitch Moreland went 2-4 in his MLB debut tonight for Texas. Way to represent Mississippi State, broseph. I miss watching that dude play.

6-4 west coast trip. Should've been better but we rarely put together a good road trip out there so this is a nice change. Detroit and Cleveland at Fenway for 7. Time to put a winning streak together.

I wouldn't imagine they're asking anything for him given that he's done a solid job closing in place of Joe Nathan. They're just not going to trade their closer in the midst of trying to win the AL Central. He's a FA after this season, however.

Good post and agree, example1. I still have faith this team is going to get on a really nice run once we get all the regulars back. Time is a major factor but it can be done. -

Awesome start for Lackey. That's three really good starts in a row for him. 7 strong. Now we don't have to mess around with the string of unreliable relievers in our bullpen - Bard for the 8th, Papelbon for the 9th.
