I guess the Yankees wants another Joe. Girardi will obviously need to loosen his grip. He is not dealing with a young team. I think he can because he knows some of the key Yankee players from his days as a Yankee. Whether he will destroy some young arms is another question. But hopefully NY pressure gets to him.
